of our entire product and service range, It also allows you to view order history
and many other features to save time and effort.
i. All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods or services (Purchase Order)
for the agreed online prices.
ii. You accept that other than Freight on Board (FOB) all other freight charges will not be included
with your online purchase order. See Terms and Conditions of Delivery below.
iii. We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was
caused by a software fault, error or malicious attack.

5. PRICING

Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD)
All Australian orders are subject to 10% G.S.T.

6. ORDER PROCESS

Unless previously quoted, you accept that any extra freight charges will be added to your order. |

Once payment has been accepted, your order will be processed within 24 hours.
Orders for goods will be dispatched immediately payment is confirmed, unless otherwise
advised. You will be advised on the timeline for orders for services.

Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays occur.

7. METHODS OF PAYMENT

8. GOODS DELIVERY
|

Minimum Order Fee:
Please note that our minimum order limit is set to $50 Inc GST.
Should you order below the minimum order limit, a $5.50 Inc. GST fee will be applied to your order.

Orders shipped within Australia will occur through our nominated courier.
An additional freight charge may apply for orders that require immediate shipment or orders that contain bulky goods.
You will be notified prior to shipping the order if additional fees need to be applied.

Documentation: An itemised Tax Invoice containing a description
of goods purchased and freight charged accompanies all orders.
|
| c. |
Final Delivery: All orders both domestic and international will
only be delivered to a residential or business address and required a signature upon receipt.

Insurance: All items sent are insured for free for loss or damage whilst in transit.
Please report any damaged parcels immediately and retail packaging in case an inspection is required.

9. RETURNS
|
| a. |
Damaged or faulty goods may be returned to us but may incur a restocking fee. If we are at fault, this will be freight free.
